Review this form and be aware that North Carolina General Statute 47E, requires Sellers of residential real estate to furnish Buyers with a property disclosure statement. Included are all single-family homes and buildings with up to four dwelling units. The only exception is new construction, where the dwelling has never been inhabited. This Residental Property Disclosure form is the only one approved for this purpose and is required whether you use a real estate agent or sell your home yourself.
