NC Listing Agreement

The NC Listing Agreement form is completed by your agent on behalf of the firm with which they are affiliated. Among other things, this must be in writing. This form is produced by the NC Association of REALTORS for use by its members, only as printed. If you have a concern about the legal consequences of this form or any particular provision, you are advised to consult an attorney. Let your current REALTOR know if you have signed this form or any other documents with another REALTOR. In the same sense, if another REALTOR has shown you property, have a list of properties shown available for your current REALTOR. This form is widely used by REALTORS in the Lake Norman real estate market. |
