Centralized Showing Services (CSS) will schedule showings on your property. CSS's phones are maned 30% longer than standard real estate offices through extended hours. CSS also offers 24-hour access through its website to agents for scheduling purposes. I also provide my Sellers access to the website for viewing of agent feedback and to have the ability to change "showing instructions" or contact information. CSS's trained and responsible staff handle Sellers and showing agents with professionalism.

You can visit Property Search where you will be able to save and manage your searches as well as receive email notifications whenever new listings match your search criteria. You are also able to save all your searched properties to your favorite's folder, then manage them or email them to a co-buyer or a friend. This is a great time saving tool for you!
