The following items can make marketing and closing on your property easier and run smoothly. All these items should be requested by the REALTORS at the time of your interview, so be prepared. This also could serve as a red flag to you that agents who don't request this information are merely not interested in doing the right things to market your home or will be calling you continuously for information during the listing period. Prior to interviewing REALTORS to market your home, please have the following originals or copies available: |
